Today, I'm excited to officially introduce Golden Professional Services.
Like many small business owners, I've spent years watching founders pour everything they have into building their businesses. They wear every hat, solve every problem, and keep the business moving through determination, long hours, and an incredible amount of resilience.
Eventually, growth creates a new challenge.
The systems that worked when the business was just one person begin to break down. Hiring becomes necessary, but questions quickly follow. Is the business ready? Where do you start? What comes first? How do you build a team without creating unnecessary complexity or expensive mistakes?

I started this business because I believe small business owners deserve practical guidance during one of the most important transitions they'll make. Not generic advice. Not complicated corporate processes. And not a one-size-fits-all approach.
